How working together works.

Every project gets a one-page agreement in plain English. These are the rules behind it.

Prices and payment

• Prices on this site are fixed for the work described. Anything outside the written scope is quoted before it’s built.
• Builds are 50% to start and 50% at launch. Audits are paid up front and credited toward a build within 90 days.
• Monthly plans bill monthly and can be canceled any time. No penalty.
• Launch pricing is limited to the first five clients and requires a short case study after launch.

Ownership

• Code, accounts, domain, and data are set up in your name and belong to you once the project is paid for.
• I may reuse general tools and know-how across clients. I never reuse your data or your business’s private details.

The free planner

• The plan the website gives you is a starting point written by AI from a fixed menu. It is not a quote. A real quote comes from a call and is in writing.

AI builds

• AI assistants can make mistakes. They’re set up to hand off to a human when unsure, and a Care Plan is required so someone is watching.
